M + M Vehicle Repairs add Beavertail Transporters

M & M Vehicle Repairs, Staffordshire's largest accident repair company with branches in Longton and Leek, have recently added a new drop chassis 3.5 ton beavertail to their fleet from KFS Special Vehicles Ltd.

M & M already operate one KFS beavertail truck alongside a number of other vehicles used to deliver courtesy and customer cars to and from their two sites.

Mick Whitehead (Managing Director) when looking to purchase an additional vehicle felt the benefits of the drop chassis beavertail exclusive to KFS was the obvious choice. Mike commented "Although cheaper alternatives were available on traditional chassis, the key features of the lower deck height, higher payload and extended wheelbase proved crucial features and therefore the KFS product was always the preferred option".



The vehicle was specified with a Premiere Hazard LED light bar, 8 foot load certified ramps, a Bushy Hall Delta winch and ABS locker box.

The designated driver of the new vehicle had only one word to describe it "fantastic". He particularly enjoyed its ease of use, its shallow load angle, stability when loaded and overall carrying capacity. The vehicle is the perfect workhorse for M & M offering flexibility combined with excellent fuel efficiency.
